Soul Space Yoga Studio is more than just a place to practise yoga – it’s a vibrant community built on connection, growth and transformation. With two serene studios, located at Village Place in Kommetjie and the new studio at Imhoff Farm, Soul Space offers a variety of yoga styles to suit every body and every level. From the discipline of Bikram to the soothing flow of Yin, the energy of Power Yoga, and everything in between including yoga for kids and teens, moms and newborns, there’s a class for everyone. Each studio is beautifully designed to be a peaceful retreat, featuring infrared heating for select classes, premium amenities and warm, welcoming vibes.

Founded as a home studio by Kommetjie local René Ross, Soul Space now consists of two yoga studios with classes of up to 20. The new Imhoff location is surrounded by the charm of farm life, offering access to nearby activities like pickleball, putt-putt, restaurants, a farm stall, Good Riddance coffee shack and other shops.

Soul Space isn’t just about yoga, it’s about building a community that values mindfulness, movement and meaningful connection. With special events like Sacred Sundays, karma-based donation classes supporting local charities, and transformative challenges like the 30-Day Summer Awakening Yoga Challenge, Soul Space fosters a deeper sense of purpose on and off the mat.
