For over 20 years, we’ve been caring for luxury holiday homes in Kommetjie and across the South Peninsula. We offer our homeowners a trusted partner in property management, and our guests the trusted high standard of holiday accommodation they have come to expect.
Our focus is Kommetjie, Noordhoek and Scarborough, with select homes across Cape Town.
Every property in our collection is chosen based on quality, level of luxury, comfort, style and location. We keep the portfolio carefully curated, so each owner gets personal attention and a dedicated point of contact. Our homes appeal to guests who want the privacy of their own luxury home, a pool, garden and sea or mountain views.
We take care of the marketing, bookings, guest hospitality and day-to-day management, so you can enjoy holiday letting without the responsibility. Pricing is reviewed throughout the year, because rates depend on season, length of stay and group size, and we adapt to demand.
We know Kommetjie because we work here every day and that knowledge shapes how we position your home and how we care for it whether it’s occupied or empty.
From relaxed coastal escapes to elegant city retreats, we help guests find the right home for their Cape Town experience.
