Our annual festival is an outdoor celebration of all things Kommetjie, from yoga, surf and skate, to food, music, creativity, competition and community vibes – with an incredible fundraiser to foot!
Held on Saturday 15 November 2025, Kommetjie Festival was a pearler of a day packed with team activities, competitions and magical moments set against the backdrop of sand and waves, mountains and blue sky. From the early morning Kom Run, yoga and dance to the epic surf dress-up and sandcastle-building competitions, to potjie-making, skateboarding and fancy-dress tennis contests, the day celebrated all things Kommetjie.
We would love to extend such a big thank you to the community for supporting the fundraising efforts through the raffle and competition entries. Together, we raised R96,000 and donated R8000 each to 12 NPO’s across Kommetjie, Masi and Ocean View.
Here’s a look at the 2025 Kommetjie Festival in pictures.
